The CAAS Board of Directors provides governance, strategic direction, and financial stewardship for the Commission, ensuring the integrity, sustainability, and independence of the accreditation program. The Board does not participate in individual accreditation decisions, which are the sole responsibility of the Panel of Commissioners.
